The results of this study were as follows: (1) students who experienced dyslexia named Ricky, (2) step implementation of learning guidance services carried out with 7 steps, namely: case identification, problem identification, diagnosis, prognosis, therapy, evaluation, and follow-up 3) the results of this guidance, students have increased in learning to read and write, but for the concentration of children has not succeeded and also still less thorough in reading or writing, (4) obstacles faced by researchers are: lack of motivation from students to learn to read, lack of support from parents,have never done psychological test and time of execution of study guidance, (5) solution given: giving encouragement and spirit to student, holding meeting and giving input to parent, doing psycholgis test and conducting home study guidance. Subjects in this study were grade 1 students with dyslexia. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations and documentation. The type of research used is qualitative research with case study design. So that the researcher can conclude that the use of the pictorial word inductive method can improve the learning outcomes of grade I students at SD Inpres Bere-bere Kecil.The purpose of this research is (1) to know the students who have difficulty to learn to read, (2) to describe the steps of implementation of guidance service, (3) to know the result after giving counseling service, (4) to know the obstacles faced during service implementation guidance, and (5) to find out the solution given in overcoming these obstacles. The results of this study are due to the use of pictorial word inductive methods that have been effective by the teacher. The improvement of student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II was 45%. With these results so that researchers conducted research into cycle II, in cycle II there was a significant increase, namely students who managed to become 9 students (81%). Meanwhile, 7 students (63%) were not successful. In cycle I learning outcomes, the number of successful students was 4 students (36%) out of a total of 11 students (100%). Data collection techniques used tests, observation and documentation. There were 11 students consisting of 7 female students and 4 male students.
